Correct, there is in fact one single player with excellent leadership. And he was created the "natural way", so there is a chance for a player to get excellent leadership - even if it's a very, very, very, very, very, very little chance. :)

Okay guys and girls, I never anticipated this craze about a guy with excellent leadership. Unfortunately, he is an old coach in a deleted team, which means he is fired. (12331240)
So, I guess you think you've wasted a lot of time (which you indeed have), but I didn't realize he was deleted. Sorry about that. Anyways, you can go back to your normal life now. I can assure you that he has excellent leadership though, even if you cannot confirm it. HT's have special powers, you know :)
